Of course, if you like the game the way it is and simply wish to refine it with minor alterations, then that base is covered too. While it skews the way of the RNG to unprecedented levels, you can't argue that it does so much to expand on the game in many aspects, even the lore behind all the races. If you enjoy simply having a lot more to toy around with, then Captains Edition is really the only place to go. The wonderful thing about the modding scene for this game is that it caters to almost any kind of player.
